Come see the beautiful Mei Hua (flowering plum) trees in bloom along the Welcome Garden pathway. Enjoy a hot cup of traditional Chinese tea and cookies, and then stroll the grounds and meet Bob Seely, our garden manager. Jon Geiger, the Seattle Chinese Garden president, will be on hand to give an update on garden progress and the plans for future pavilions.

Drive into the north entrance, just north of South Seattle Community College main campus (6000 16th Ave. SW, Seattle, 98106). The Seattle Chinese Garden sandwich boards will be visible from 16th SW; you will pass a gatehouse after you enter, see parking farther on the left; the college arboretum is also on your left and the gravel walkway to the Garden Entry Courtyard is to the right (east) of the arboretum.
